About the job: - 

As an 'Operations Associate' at Open Door, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of our assessment delivery and maintaining strong relationships with schools. You will be the bridge between the internal team and school management, contributing to the efficiency and impact of our products and services.

Key responsibilities: -

1. Plan, coordinate and manage the complete execution of Thinking assessments' product, for group of schools.
2. Manage and improve the logistics work of assessments delivery, in coordination with Internal team/ partners and clients and partners.
3. Maintain a robust, proactive and professional communication between the open door team and school team, to enhance the experience and support during the program.
4. Prepare and work on all forms of reports, performance analysis and inputs and data necessary for the schools.
5. Observe, reflect and improve the efficiency of work in all the aspects, individually as well as for the team, through constant upskilling and improvement.

Who can apply: - We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1-year proper work experience in the similar field.

Other requirements: -

1. Proficiency in science and mathematics (up to Class 10) will be an added advantage.
2. Excellent Business communication skills:- both verbal and written, are essential.
3. Exceptional listening skills, strong comprehension, and the ability to use formal language effectively are required.
4. Exceptional Organizational skill required - both in terms of Planning and Time management. 
5. A self-driven and motivated individual with a strong eagerness to work, learn, and grow.
6. An enthusiastic team player with a collaborative mindset.
7. Educational qualifications such as MBA (Science or Mathematics), B.Tech, M.Sc., BBA, or equivalent. Candidates with relevant competencies will also be considered.
