Key Responsibilities:
The chosen candidate will expand Open Door’s presence in a given geographical area. The candidate will be solely responsible for all stages of sales: from contacting a school decision maker to fix a meeting to negotiating and closing the deal with the school. The day-to-day tasks will include –
a. Researching best schools and decision makers in the given geographical area
b. Calling/Emailing the decision maker to fix a meeting
c. Making cold visits to fix a meeting
d. Present Open Door’s work to school’s director, principal and teachers
e. Follow up and negotiate to close the deal
f. Maintaining work in Open Door’s database/CRM
Requirements:
- Fluency in speaking English
- Good at convincing
- Open to travel (on an average 3 days/week outside base city)
- Preference for someone who has worked in education industry before in a sales role
- No preference of education background
